• Fees are invoiced to each family per term. term 1 includes applicable registration fees

• All term fees are to be paid within 14 days of invoice

• All missed classes must be paid for, unless in the case of injury or illness beyond 2 weeks where a medical certificate is provided

• There will be no refunds given for holidays/leave taken within the term

• Refunds for holidays/leave taken within the term are subject to a case-by-case review by the Director

• A $60 costume deposit will be added to Term 2, 3 and 4 invoices. The total amount will be deducted from your term 4/costume invoice. This is non-refundable if you leave the studio prior to the concert.
